Shipping Policy
1. Delivery and Handling
We process your order within 1 to 5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Once your order has shipped, it will normally arrive within 5 to 14 business days, and you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak season, customs processing or other unforeseen events outside our control.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery via the courier's website or through our order tracking feature.
In some cases, you may also receive SMS updates to the phone number provided at checkout, with updates on your delivery status.
3. Delivery Address and Contact Details
It's important that you carefully check that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed delivery.
You are responsible for providing a correct address and a valid phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information.
4. Damaged Parcels
We are responsible for goods that are damaged during transport up until they're delivered to you. If you find that your parcel is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us process your case quickly, please attach photos of both the product and the outer packaging, along with your order number. This helps us investigate the issue and take the right action promptly.
5. Uncollected Parcels
It's the customer's responsibility to collect their parcel within the timeframe given by the courier. If a parcel isn't collected and is returned to us, an administrative fee may apply.
The fee may be:
- For orders up to £75: a flat fee of £15
- For orders over £75: 25% of the total order value
If you'd like your parcel resent, please contact us within 7 days of it being returned to us. Redelivery may involve additional shipping costs and handling time.
